Homeowner Emergencies: (1) total loss of heat when the outside temperature is 54 degrees or less, (2) Total Loss of Power to Your Home, (3) or a Plumbing Leak That Cannot Be Isolated Resulting in the Main Water Supply to Your Home being shut off. It is important to note that loss of AC during the warm season is not a homeowner emergency.
If you experience any of the above homeowner emergencies, first, check the troubleshooting tips located in the Homeowner Limited Warranty Manual. If these tips do not solve the problem during business hours and during the Hartford Homes Limited Warranty Period, please call, or email our office: 970-397-4285 or 970-825-7408 and www.hartfordco.com/warranty.
If these tips do not solve the problem after regular business hours (M-F 8-4) and beyond the Hartford Homes Limited Warranty Period, please contact the respective trade or appropriate utility company directly using the emergency numbers that have been posted on the inside panel of the cabinet door below the kitchen sink.
