From the beginning to the end the staff at Hartford Homes was incredibly nice. Emily sent us weekly pictures with update progress on our unit. Darren was extremely helpful and walked through our unit twice. We are very happy that we selected Hartford.

The people that work at Hartford Homes. Emily and Nancy are so great. They are friendly and never get annoyed with all of my questions. Darren and Gregg are so nice and friendly, very professional. They care about their job, and I see them working on the other houses all the time now that we moved in. The office staff in Timnath are welcoming, even though I never met them. I am also very happy that the projected completion date was almost spot on. Even with all of the "shortages", the estimate for completion was accurate, which was nice, someone doing what they say they are going to do! The cutting board at closing, the blanket from Emily, and the potpourri were a great addition! I just feel so happy with our house and the neighborhood, just what I dreamed of.
